Photographing a wedding has never felt like work to me. It is a privilege to stand close on one of the most significant days of someone's life, and a greater one still to be trusted with how that day is remembered.
No two people come to their wedding with the same history, or the same way of loving one another, and that is what I want your photographs to hold onto. Not a version of events that could belong to anyone, but the one that is actually yours.
Your wedding day should feel like it belongs to you, not to the camera. I want you to be able to lose yourselves in it completely, to laugh with the people you love, to notice the small things, without ever stopping to think about how it looks.
Soft, natural light and honest colour, nothing overworked or overly styled. What feels beautiful now should still feel beautiful in twenty years.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year, on purpose. It is the only way I know to give each one the time and attention it deserves.
Every image comes from what's actually happening and gentle guidance, not stiff or or overly posed.
Nothing meaningful is captured without it. The photographs that matter most only happen once you feel comfortable enough to forget I'm there.
Neither of us are particularly comfortable being photographed, so we were nervous going into it. She made the whole thing feel completely natural from the very first conversation. By the time the wedding came around we trusted her completely, and every single photograph shows it."
She caught things we hadn't remember had happened — a look between us when the doors opened, my mother watching from the back of the room. When the gallery arrived we sat together and went through every single photograph twice. We will cherish them forever."
We had looked at a lot of photographers before we found Madeline, and the difference was immediately obvious. The photographs feel found rather than made — like she simply happened to be there. We have already had half of them printed and on our walls."

When updating the FAQ canvas below, there are a couple of guides that have been left in the template for you to use to help you keep the spacing consistent when you you need extra or less lines for a question. If you need extra lines of text, I recommend using the sidebar on the left to highlight all elements that are underneath it and shifting them all down first, then shifting them up to place when you've finished re-sizing, so you don't have to move every element underneath. If you get stuck, feel welcome to email me at support@everbookedstudio.com — and be sure to delete this canvas! :)
Only gently, and never in a way that feels staged or awkward. I'll guide you through everything so you never have to wonder what to do next.
This has never happened, but I prepare for it all the same. I maintain relationships with other photographers whose work I trust, and if an emergency ever prevented me from attending, I would contact them immediately and brief them fully on your day and your vision.
Yes. I'm used to working alongside planners to keep the day running smoothly, and I'm always happy to coordinate directly with them. Please make sure they are aware of [relevant policies if applicable].
Primarily in the Cotswolds, though I travel regularly for destination weddings, available worldwide. Travel fees apply to weddings at least [X] miles away.
Two perspectives mean nothing gets missed, particularly during moments happening in different places at once, like getting ready or a larger guest list.
Most galleries include somewhere between [X] and [X] images. The exact number depends on the length of your day and the coverage you have chosen.
Yes, a small selection of [X] images will be emailed to you within [X] hours of your wedding.
You'll have access to your online gallery within [X] weeks of your wedding. Any albums or prints you have ordered will follow within [X] weeks.
I appreciate that choosing a photographer for the best day of your lives is incredibly important, so we'll start with a consultation call to see if we both feel like we're the right fit. If we connect and you'd like to book, a digitally signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer will secure your date in my calendar. Please be aware that I can't hold your wedding date without booking.
I recommend linking the 'Book Consultation Call' buttons to a system where they can book a time to get on the phone or a Google Meet/Zoom call with you to see if you're the right fit. This can be done on a software like TidyCal {my personal favourite} or Calendly. BUT—when they go to book the call, you can attach questions to double check there they're aligned to work with you such as budget, wedding date, location, etc, if you haven't already got that info from their initial inquiry before sending this guide. Although having a CTA to book a call is the best process, you don't want to be wasting your time or theirs. Again, be sure to delete this canvas! :)
If you feel like we're the perfect match and you'd like to start the conversation about booking your wedding photography, book a consultation call below or email me at [email address link here]. I can't wait to learn more about you and how I can help you bring your wedding vision to life.
