Photographing a wedding has never felt like work to me. It is a privilege to stand close on one of the most significant days of someone's life, and a greater one still to be trusted with how that day is remembered.
No two people come to their wedding with the same history, or the same way of loving one another, and that is what I want your photographs to hold onto. Not a version of events that could belong to anyone, but the one that is actually yours.

Your wedding day should feel like it belongs to you, not to the camera. I want you to be able to lose yourselves in it completely, to laugh with the people you love, to notice the small things, without ever stopping to think about how it looks.

Nº09 | Will you pose us?
This has never happened, but I prepare for it all the same. I maintain relationships with other photographers whose work I trust, and if an emergency ever prevented me from attending, I would contact them immediately and brief them fully on your day and your vision.
Nº08 | What happens if you can't make it?
Yes. I'm used to working alongside planners to keep the day running smoothly, and I'm always happy to coordinate directly with them. Please make sure they are aware of [relevant policies if applicable].
Nº07 | Will you work with our planner?
Primarily in the Cotswolds, though I travel regularly for destination weddings, available worldwide. Travel fees apply to weddings at least [X] miles away.
Nº06 | Where are you based?
Two perspectives mean nothing gets missed, particularly during moments happening in different places at once, like getting ready or a larger guest list.
Nº05 | What's the benefit of a second photographer?
Most galleries include somewhere between [X] and [X] images. The exact number depends on the length of your day and the coverage you have chosen.
Nº04 | How many photos are included?
Yes, a small selection of [X] images will be emailed to you within [X] hours of your wedding.
Nº03 | Will you send a sneak peak?
You'll have access to your online gallery within [X] weeks of your wedding. Any albums or prints you have ordered will follow within [X] weeks.
Nº02 | When will we receive our photos?
I appreciate that choosing a photographer for the best day of your lives is incredibly important, so we'll start with a consultation call to see if we both feel like we're the right fit. If we connect and you'd like to book, a digitally signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer will secure your date in my calendar. Please be aware that I can't hold your wedding date without booking.

I recommend linking the 'Book Consultation Call' buttons to a system where they can book a time to get on the phone or a Google Meet/Zoom call with you to see if you're the right fit. This can be done on a software like TidyCal {my personal favourite} or Calendly. BUT—when they go to book the call, you can attach questions to double check there they're aligned to work with you such as budget, wedding date, location, etc, if you haven't already got that info from their initial inquiry before sending this guide. Although having a CTA to book a call is the best process, you don't want to be wasting your time or theirs. Again, be sure to delete this canvas! :)
